It's time to get ready to tee-off for the 28th annual Stan Foster Memorial Golf Tournament. It is hard for
us to believe that Stan has been gone so long yet we know that he would be proud and happy of all the families that
have been helped in his name within our community.
This tournament was established in memory of Stan Foster, a lifelong Vacaville resident and talented local athlete with a real affinity for the game of golf. When Stan lost his battle with colon cancer in 1993, his family (who still have strong and deep ties to the community) and friends could think of no better way to honor Stan and help people within our community than to establish this tournament. This is a great way to have a day of fun, to see old friends and to help those in need within our community.
We cannot thank you enough for your generous support of the tournament in previous years and we hope that we can count on your continued support this year.
